“The Quiz and a Bitta Craic event hosted by Louisburgh GAA and The Horan Stand went off successfully on March 6, 2021. A packed house played a competitive quiz, while meeting virtually and supporting sport for the youth. The real winner was the whole community engaging in a great night of fun and virtual camaraderie while there were, of course, prize winners on the night too. Many, many people stayed in their ‘breakout rooms’ having chat, banter and craic late into the evening. Participants on the first and second nights competed with good humour and saw a formidable service being delivered online. And, most importantly, people had fun. They laughed, they chatted, they cooperated and they enjoyed it”.

“We recently hosted our first ‘virtual’ department Christmas party with the Horan Stand for a group of 100+ colleagues. The quiz was great fun and overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable night and a great success. The ability to move from table to table on the night between the various rounds of the quiz was a big hit, as was the “group chat” function. Ana and Liam are so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Liam is fantastic at getting the crowd going on the night. Highly recommend the Horan Stand”.

‘’Liam and Ana were extremely helpful and accommodating from the start. The event was really good fun and Liam is a great host. Feedback from the group that attended was really positive. Everyone had great fun and it was a brilliant alternative to physically going out to a pub. Would definitely recommend to any other businesses/companies that wants to run a fun interactive event for their teams’’

“We have used The Horan Stand for two virtual table quizzes and both have been very successful. We had nearly 50 teams on both nights. Liam and Ana really go the extra mile to make sure our events are a success – and they have a very good way of generating fun in the venue. We recommend them highly – you can rest assured you will have a good night in The Horan Stand”
