You should fill this form ONLY if you are adding a new, or removing an existing, ‘device’ in your team.
If someone is going to join you in the room and avail of an existing device, that’s not considered a new addition and you don’t need to add them.
Re removing a player, you only need to notify us if that means removing a device – if the device they were due to play on is still staying in the quiz (i.e someone else sitting at it), you don’t need to tell us.
Please note, you can only have a maximum of five per team. The new member(s) you add will receive an email with all the quiz details.
Changes must be notified to us at least one hour before the event starts.
